7. Enable IGMP Proxy on IES-5000
Click Multicast > IGMP. Choose the IGMP Mode as Enable_IGMP_Proxy and
click Apply to finish the setup.
Fill in Add Static Query VLAN with '103' and then click Apply to take effect.
