13. Examine the diaphragm gasket and the diaphragm
for wear and damages. Replace the diaphragm
gasket and diaphragm if it is necessary.
14. Remove the screw (M). Remove the needle valve
lever (N), axle (O), needle valve (P) and spring (Q)
from the pump housing (R).

15. Examine the needle valve lever (S) and the needle
valve (T) for wear and damages.

16. Replace the needle valve, the needle valve lever
and the needle valve seat (U) if they are worn or
damaged. Use a mandrel to remove the needle
valve seat from the pump housing.

17. Carefully remove the diaphragm (V) and the
diaphragm gasket (W) from the pump housing (X).

Note: There is a loose spring (Z) and a loose filter
(AA) between the pump diaphragm and the
carburetor housing (BB).

18. Examine the diaphragm and diaphragm gasket for
wear and damage. Replace the diaphragm and the
diaphragm gasket if it is necessary.
19. Clean the fuel screen (Y). Remove the fuel screen
and replace it if it is necessary.
20. Use a small screwdriver to remove the fuel jet (CC)
and the O-ring (DD) in the carburetor housing (EE).
