    INSTALLATION AND START-UP Before the first use verify that:  The packaging is intact and has protected the device during transport  Check that are present all the components included in the accompanying list.  Functionality of the device  The sanitary vehicle is equipped with a safe housing or fastener intended for the device Do not modify for any reason the stretcher in the structural, leverage and traction parts.

    11. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Before transferring, lifting or transporting the patient, primary medical evaluations have to be performed. Once the diagnosis has been assured, it is preferable (if possible) to suggest to the patient that he actively collaborates during transfer onto the stretcher, and to make sure the patient is fully aware of all risks.

    11.4 Configuration change During configuration change, the patient cannot be on the device. It is recommended a preliminar evalutation intended to choose the best configuration. Stretcher Mode -> Chair Mode The configuration change between stretcher mode and chair mode, takes place in these two steps: Raise the device from the telescopic handle’s side, and bring it up until vertical position is reached.
