    MESSA IN FUNZIONE Per il primo utilizzo, verificare che: • L’imballo sia integro e abbia protetto il dispositivo durante il trasporto • Controllare che siano presenti tutti i pezzi compresi nella lista di accompagnamento. • Funzionalità generale del dispositivo • Stato di pulizia del prodotto • Assenza di taglio, fori, lacerazioni o abrasioni sull’intera struttura • Stato di usura del dispositivo. • Verificare il corretto funzionamento delle fibbie • Verificare il corretto funzionamento dei moschettoni se presenti nel modello • Verificare il corretto funzionamento dell’arrotolatore se presente nel modello Verificare al paragrafo 11 le modalità d’uso per lo svolgimento delle verifiche sopra indicate. Non modificare per nessun motivo il dispositivo nelle sue parti perché ciò potrebbe essere causa di danni al paziente e/o ai soccorritori.

    • La frequenza dei controlli è determinata da fattori quali le prescrizioni di legge, il tipo di utilizzo, la frequenza di utilizzo, le condizioni ambientali durante l’uso e lo stoccaggio. • La riparazione dei prodotti realizzati da Spencer Italia S.r.l. deve essere necessariamente effettuata dal Fabbricante, che si avvale di tecnici interni o esterni specializzati i quali, utilizzando ricambi originali, forniscono un servizio di riparazione di qualità  in stretta conformità alle specifiche tecniche indicate dal Produttore. Spencer Italia S.r.l. declina ogni responsabilità per qualsiasi danno, diretto o indiretto,  che sia conseguenza di un utilizzo improprio dei pezzi di ricambio e/o comunque di qualsiasi intervento di riparazione effettuato da soggetti non autorizzati.

    COMMISSIONING For first use, check that: • Packaging is intact and has protected the device during transportation • Check that all parts included in the packing list are present • General functionality of the device • Product cleanliness • Absence of cuts, holes, tears or abrasions on the entire structure • Conditions of wear of the device. • Check that the buckles are working properly. • Check that the spring catches are working correctly, if present on the model. • Check that the re-winding system is working correctly, if present on the model. See paragraph 11 for how to carry out the above-mentioned checks. Do not modify the device or its parts for any reason as this could cause damage to the patient and/or rescuers. Failure to take the above measures will preclude safe use of the device, resulting in risk of damage to the patient, operators and the device itself. For subsequent use, perform the operations specified in paragraph 12.

    • The frequency of inspections is determined by factors such as legal requirements, type of use, frequency of use, and environmental conditions during use and storage. • Repairs of products manufactured by Spencer Italia S.r.l. must be carried out by the Manufacturer, who shall make use of specialised internal or external technicians who, using original spare parts, shall provide quality repair service   in strict compliance with the technical specifications indicated by the Manufacturer.
