Center Case Replacement Kit Less Cover
This is a center case replacement kit for existing XP98/99 devices only. A different kit is required for retrofitting an XP98/99 center case
onto a standard 98/99 Rim device. That kit includes the XP98/99 center case plus additional required parts which this kit does not have.

Remove exit device from door.

Replace center case.
A. Remove two center case mounting screws.
B. Remove retaining ring and pin.
C. Remove old XP98/99 center case.
D. Attach new center case with new pin,
retaining ring and screws.

New retaining ring and pin must be
installed securely. If pin comes out,
door will not open properly.
Continue with step 4 on other side of sheet
