Fault reporting through diagnostics data
The device-internal monitoring functions recognize specific faults in the HCS3200 heating
controller. The corresponding information is provided in the diagnostics data.
Causes of error and possible remedies
Power output fault
Heating element defective (error code 1) Corrective action: Switch off machine, check ca-

Incoming fuse tripped (error code 3)
Outgoing fuse tripped or SSR has high

Overtemperature
Temperature in housing >70 °C

this means the power output module is operating outside
the performance profile.
At an excessively high temperature: The heating is
switched off automatically by the device.
