Before first Use

 Dispose of packaging material carefully or store it out of
reach of children. There is a danger of suffocation!
 Remove the protection foil from the display of the digital
angle ruler that has been added for transport safety
reasons.

Inserting/Replacing the Battery

The battery compartment is
located below the LC dis-
play (1) of the digital angle
ruler.
1. Press on the battery
compartment eject but-
ton (6).
holder appears on the
opposite side now. Pull
out the battery holder
completely.
2. Install a new battery of
the type CR2032 into the
battery holder. Observe
the proper polarity. The
minus pole (-) has to
face up.
3. Re-insert
holder completely.
