Switching On and Off

 Press the on/off key (2) to switch on the digital angle
ruler. The display shows 0.000. Alternatively you can
switch on the digital angle ruler by opening the rulers.
 Press the on/off key again to switch off the digital angle
ruler.
 If you do not operate the device for more than 6
minutes, it will switch off automatically.

Measuring Angles

Measuring
obtuse angles
 Switch on the digital angle ruler and loosen the locking
knob.
 If you want to measure obtuse angles, close both rulers
completely and place them on a flat surface. Make sure
that both rulers touch the surface.
 Press the zero setting key (7). The display shows 0.000.
Open the rulers and measure the angle. Read the
measured value on the display.
