Replace the battery if the display gets weaker or if it
shows incomprehensible results.

Locking Knob

1. Turn the locking knob (3) counter clockwise (towards
LOOSE) to loosen the moving rulers.
2. Turn the locking knob clockwise (towards TIGHT) to
tighten respectively to lock the moving rulers. This way
you can transfer angles for example.
Caution: Do not move the rulers of the digital angle rul-
er apart or together when the locking knob is tightened,
to prevent damage to the device.
