B A S I C O P E R A T I O N
Press SUBTITLE button on the Remote Control to bring up
"SUBTITLE mode" under the TEXT mode.
Pressing again will display: SUBTITLE mode * TEXT mode
When in SUBTITLE mode, pressing TXT/TV or TXT CNL buttons will
display as follows:
1). Pressing TXT/TV button: SUBTITLE mode
-
MIX mode
(SUBTITLE)
-AV/TV -
SUBTITLE mode.
2). Pressing TXT CNL button: SUBTITLE mode
-
CANCEL mode
-
SUBTITLE mode
"SUBTITLE mode" will return to TEXT mode by pressing TXT INDEX
button on the Remote Control.
Note:
. In SUBTITLE mode: SUBTITLE overlay screen is displayed.
. The SUBTITLE bufton is invalid unless already in 'TEXT/MIX
SUBTITLE/CANCEL
mode".
. MIX mode (SUBTITLE): W/AV (broadcast image) screen and the
subtitles (superimposed) are displayed simultaneously.
. CANCEL mode: "SUBTITLE/MlX mode" is suspended temporarily and
broadcast image is displayed.
. However, button functions are the same as in "SUBTITLE mode".
. When the TXT/TV button is pressed during the 'CANCEL mode", the
mode will be suspended and then the screen return to "TEXT mode".
MIX Mode (SUBTITLE)
1 When pressing the TXT CNL button in "TEXT/MIXSUBTITLE mode", the W picture will appear on the
screen.
2 lf th. button is pressed again, you will return to the previous mode (TEXT/MIXSUBTITLE mode).
"TEXT CANCEL" mode is also canceled by TXT/TV , TXT INDEX and SUBTITLE buttons.
3 tn CnUCel *ode, "P100" will be displayed in the upper left of the screen. ("P100" refers to the default
page in TEXT.)
Press TXT INDEX button on the Remote Control to select the Teletext index page in TEXT/MIXCANCEL
mooe.
I Press TXT REVEAL bufton on the Remote Control to reveal hidden items on the Text page.
I Some pages such as quiz pages have hidden information (i.e. answers). The button may have to be held
down to keep the answer on the screen, or press again to remove the answer.
3 tn Revelt- orF, this function does not work.
4 REvenl outton only works as a Text function.
