THERMO-SEALING MACHINE FOR TRAYS
7.3.3 REPLACING THE RED SILICONE RUBBERS OF THE TRAY DIES.
1) Check to make sure the spare part corresponds to the silicone rubber to be replaced.
2) Remove the red silicone rubber from the tray die (A) and clean the seat to remove residual dirt, if any, using compressed air.
3) Insert the new seal pressing it firmly into the slot, taking care to fix it with universal adhesive if necessary (e.g.: cyanoacrylate).
7.3.4 REPLACEMENT OF THE GREY "T" SEALS FOR THE FILM BLOCK.
1) Remove the two "T" seal and clean away any residual dirt from the area (Fig. 1).
2) Insert the new seals, pressing them firmly into the relative slot.
