Questionable Status register
The questionable status register provides information about the quality of the
U2040 X-Series measurement results. Any or all of these conditions can be reported in the
questionable data summary bit through the enable register. You must write a value using
the STATus:QUEStionable:ENABle command to set the enable register mask.
The following bits in these registers are used by the U2040 X-Series.

Error –230, "Data corrupt or stale"
Error –231, "Data questionable;Input Overload"
Error –231, "Data questionable;CALC1 log error"

Error –231, "Data questionable;CALC4 log error"
– CLEARED: When no errors are detected by the U2040 X-Series during a measurement covering
the causes given for it to set.
This is a summary bit for the Questionable CALibration Register.

These may be caused by CALibration[1]:ZERO:AUTO ONCE or
CALibration[1]:AUTO ONCE or CALibration[1][:ALL] or
CALibration[1][:ALL]?.

– CLEARED: When any of the commands listed above succeed and no errors are placed on the
error queue.
– SET: This bit is set when the power-on self-test fails.
