NOTE
After routing cables and checking cable connections, use fireproof putty to fill in the gap between
the cables and the cabinet and reinstall the front cover of the power distribution subrack and top
entry cabinet.
Acceptance Criteria
Cables are routed properly and meet
engineering requirements.
Input and output power cables and battery
cables are securely connected and spring
washers are flattened, prevent falling off and
safety accidents. Ensure that there is no
disconnection or potential risk.
Tightened screws are marked.
Both ends of each cable are labeled. Labels
are easy to understand.
Distances (recommended: 30 cm) between
cable ties are the same, and no burr exists.
The ground cable is securely connected to the
equipment room ground bar. Measure the
resistance between the UPS ground cable and
the equipment room ground bar, which must be
less than 1 ohm.
Cables are properly connected according to
wiring diagrams.
Check that copper busbars are open-circuited
using a multimeter or an insulation resistance
tester.
Input and output live wires and neutral wires
are correctly connected. Mains input terminals
1L1, 1L2, 1L3, and N, bypass input terminals
2L1, 2L2, 2L3, and N, and output terminals U,
V, W, and N are properly connected.
In single UPS mode, mains and bypass input
and output live wires are connected in a correct
sequence; in a parallel system, mains and
bypass input and output live wires are
connected in the same sequence for each UPS.
Check that the voltages on the positive and
negative battery terminals and battery N are
correct using a multimeter.
Signal cables are connected properly and
securely.
Clean the conductive dust and other sundries
inside and outside the cabinet.
