Avid AirSpeed® Multi Stream
Boot Drive Swap Guide
This guide provides information on how to exchange the boot drives and replace the media
drives in your old AirSpeed Multi Stream chassis. The Boot drive swap entails swapping the
boot drives from the new and old chassis, so that you end up with your original boot drive
and media drives installed in a new chassis. This process eliminates the need to reconfigure
your AirSpeed Multi Stream settings that you had previously configured.
Once the boot drives are swapped, you should refer to the AirSpeed Multi Stream Rack
Mount and Cabling guide for information on how to rack mount the system, and cable it up.
