Lubrication

Start the engine (page 61).
•
Position the boom, arm, bucket and dozer as shown in the
•
figure. Lock the control lever, stop the engine and remove
the key switch. See the "Operating the controls during
excavation work" section (page 68).
Lubricate all grease points (see figure below) with grease -
•
see the "Recommended lubricants" section (page 127) -
until fresh grease emerges.
During the first 50 hours of operation, grease all grease nipples marked
grease.
