FETCh3 Subsystem

These SCPIs are supported on the DAQM909A Digitizer module only.
The data of incomplete records cannot be retrieved.
Example #1: The digitizer channel is configured as such - Arm Count = 1, Sample Count = 1,000,000 and the
digitizing operation is initiated. If you abort the operation before 1,000,000 samples have been acquired, all
acquired data in the 1st Record prior to the abort cannot be retrieved.
Example #2: The digitizer channel is configured as such - Arm Count = 3, Sample Count = 1,000,000 and the
digitizing operation is initiated. If you abort the operation during the 3rd Record before 1,000,000 samples
have been acquired, all acquired data in the 3rd Record prior to the abort cannot be retrieved. However the
acquired data in the 1st and 2nd Record is still retrievable.
