Troubleshooting

8.1 Troubleshooting
Symptom
AdControl is not working or is
working incorrectly
RollerDrive is rotating at the
wrong speed
AdControl faulty or damaged
Maximum speed not reached
The error signal is active in the event of the following faults:
• RollerDrive error
• RollerDrive not connected properly
• Upper and lower levels of permitted operating voltage transgressed
• Operating voltage has reverse polarity
• Chopper resistor overheating

Troubleshooting
Help
Check whether the output

voltage of the power supply
is within the specified voltage
range.
Check the connections and

switches (see „DIP switches",
page 19).
Replace the AdControl.
