5. Rotate the handle (A) to the locked position.

The SAS disk drive enclosure can hold up to 24 disk drives. The enclosure can be split logically into
one, two, or four independent groups.
The SAS disk drive enclosure supports the following operating systems:
v AIX
v IBM i
v Linux
v VIOS
If you are planning to configure RAID arrays, ensure that you have the minimum number of available
disks for each RAID level:
RAID 0
Minimum of one drive per array
RAID 5
Minimum of three drives per array
RAID 6
Minimum of four drives per array
RAID 10
Minimum of two drives per array
