gende Arbeit erst aus, nachdem Sie den Netzschalter ausgeschaltet und sich vergewissert haben, daß der Motor

When a hook has been replaced, be sure to check the position of the hook needle guard.
As the standard position of the hook needle guard, hook needle guard 2 must push the side face of needle 1 to lean the
needle by 0.1 to 0.2 mm away from its straight position.

If the state of the hook is not as shown above, adjust by
bending the hook needle guard.
1) To bend the hook needle guard inward, apply a
screwdriver to the outside of the hook needle guard.
2) To bend the hook needle guard outward, apply a
screwdriver to the inside of the hook needle guard.

釜を交換した場合は、針受け位置を確認してください。
標準位置は、 針 1 側面に釜針受け 2 が当たり、 針が 0.1
〜 0.2 mm そった状態です。

上記の状態になっていない時は、釜針受けを曲げて調
整してください。
1） 釜針受けを内側に曲げる場合は、釜針受けの外側
にドライバーを入れて行ないます。
2） 釜針受けを外側に曲げる場合は、釜針受けの内側
にドライバーを入れて行ないます。

上記の状態になっていない時は、針受け調整ねじに 3
に六角レンチ 4 を差し込み、調整します。
1） 釜針受けを a 方向に曲げる際は、針受け調整ねじ
を A 方向に回します。
2） 釜針受けを b 方向に曲げる際は、針受け調整ねじ
を B 方向に回します。

If the state of the hook is not as shown above, fi t hexagon
wrench 4 into 3 of needle guard adjusting screw and adjust
as follows:
1) To bend the hook needle guard in direction a, turn the
needle guard adjusting screw in direction A.
2) To bend the hook needle guard in direction b, turn the
needle guard adjusting screw in direction B.
