旋梭针座的调整
注意：
不意の起動による人身事故を防ぐために電源を切り、モータの回転が止まったことを確認してから行ってください。
WARNING :
To avoid possible personal injury due to abrupt start of the machine, turn off the power to the machine and check
to be sure that the motor has totally stopped rotating in prior.

Um mögliche Verletzungen durch plötzliches Anlaufen der Maschine zu verhüten, schalten Sie die
Stromversorgung der Maschine aus, und vergewissern Sie sich, daß der Motor vollkommen stillsteht, bevor Sie
mit dieser Arbeit beginnen.

Pour ne pas risquer des blessures dues à une brusque mise en marche de la machine, toujours mettre la machine
hors tension et s'assurer que le moteur est complètement arrêté avant de commencer l'opération ci-dessous.

When a hook has been replaced, be sure to check the position of the hook needle guard.
As the standard position of the hook needle guard, hook needle guard 2 must push the side face of needle 1 to lean
the needle by 0.1 to 0.2 mm away from its straight position.
If not, adjust the hook needle guard by bending it.
1) To bend the hook needle guard inward, apply a screwdriver to the outside of the hook needle guard.
2) To bend the hook needle guard outward, apply a screwdriver to the inside of the hook needle guard.
Wenn ein Greifer ausgewechselt worden ist, muß die Position des Greifernadelschutzes überprüft werden.
In der Standardposition des Greifernadelschutzes 2 muß dieser gegen die Seitenfl äche der Nadel 1 drücken, so
daß die Nadel um 0,1 bis 0,2 mm von ihrer senkrechten Position abgelenkt wird. Anderenfalls ist die Position des
Greifernadelschutzes durch Biegen zu korrigieren.
1) Um den Greifernadelschutz nach innen zu biegen, mit einem Schraubendreher auf die Außenseite des
Greifernadelschutzes drücken.
2) Um den Greifernadelschutz nach außen zu biegen, mit einem Schraubendreher auf die Innenseite des
Greifernadelschutzes drücken.

釜を交換した場合は、針受け位置を確認してくださ
い。
標準位置は、針 1 側面に釜針受け 2 が当たり、針
が 0.1 〜 0.2 mm そった状態です。
そのような状態になっていない時は、釜針受けを曲
げて調整してください。
1） 釜針受けを内側に曲げる場合は、釜針受けの外
側にドライバーを入れて行います。
2） 釜針受けを外側に曲げる場合は、釜針受けの内
側にドライバーを入れて行います。
