■ Cleaning the oil tank
1) Remove the oil pipe from oil tank 1 .
2) Remove butterfl y nut 6 and take out cover (upper) 7 , fi lter 8 and cover (lower) 9 to clean the oil tank.
3) Remove fi lter case setscrews !0 , and clean fi lter element !1 located on the inside of the fi lter case and magnet !2 .
(Caution) Approximately once a month, clean the oil tank and the fi lter case.
If the fi lter is clogged with soil, lubrication fails resulting in trouble.
4) When replacing the oil in the oil tank, remove stopper !3 in the oil tank. Then, the oil can be drained from the installing port
of the waste oil container in the oil pan.
After draining, securely set stopper !3 to the oil tank.
When taking out the oil tank, take it out after draining the oil.
5) Fix the fi lter case in which fi lter element !1 and magnet !2 are placed to cover (upper) 7 with setscrews !0 .
6) Place cover (lower) 9 , fi lter 8 and cover (upper) 7 in orderin the oil tank, and fi x them with butterfl y nut 6 .
7) Insert the oil pipe into the oil tank and fi x it with a clip.
Fill the oil tank with JUKI New Defrix Oil No. 2 up to HIGH level.
■ Reinigen des Öltanks
1) Die Ölleitung vom Öltank 1 entfernen.
2) Die Flügelmutter 6 entfernen, dann Abdeckung (oben) 7 , Filter 8 und Abdeckung (unten) 9 abnehmen, um den Öltank
zu reinigen.
3) Die Filtergehäuse-Halteschrauben !0 herausdrehen, und das Filterelement !1 auf der Innenseite von Filtergehäuse und
Magnet !2 reinigen.
(Vorsicht) Öltank und Filtergehäuse etwa einmal monatlich reinigen.
Falls der Filter mit Schmutz verstopft ist, kann es zu Störungen durch mangelhafte Schmierung kommen.

■ オイルタンクの掃除
1) オイルタンク 1 から給油パイプを外します。
2) チョウナット 6 を外し、カバー ( 上 ) 7 、フィル
タ 8 、カバー ( 下 ) 9 を取り出して掃除してくだ
さい。
3) フィルタケース止めねじ !0 を取り、フィルタケー
ス内のフィルタエレメント !1 及び磁石 !2 を掃除
してください。
１カ月に１回程度掃除してください。
フィルタが詰まると給油不良となり、故障の
原因となります。
4) オイルタンク内のオイルを交換する場合は、オイ
ルタンクの止め栓 !3 を外せばオイルパンの廃油容
器取り付け口より排油されます。
排油後は、オイルタンクに止め栓 !3 をしっかり取
り付けてください。
オイルタンクを取り出す場合は、排油してから取
り出してください。
5) カバー ( 上 ) 7 にフィルタエレメント !1 及び磁石 !2
を入れたフィルタケースを止めねじ !0 で固定しま
す。
6) オイルタンクにカバー ( 下 ) 9 、 フィルタ 8 、 カバー
( 上 ) 7 の順に入れ、 チョウナット 6 で固定します。
7) 給油パイプをオイルタンクに差し込み、クリップ
で止めます。
ジューキニューデフレックスオイル No.2 を
HIGH レベルまで入れます。
