We purchased two HI93501 thermometers to use for checking our pasteurizer temperatures. The calibration certificate provided used temperatures of 32 and 122F but the temperature range we used goes up to 160F or greater. Is there an option to get a calibration certificate at a higher temperature and is the thermometer accurate at these higher temperatures?

The Hanna Instruments HI93501 thermometer has a temperature range of -50.0 to 150.0 °C (-58.0 to 302.0 °F) and includes a Calibration Check feature. However, there is no mention of user calibration for higher temperatures. It has an accuracy of ±0.4 °C (±0.7 °F), which applies across its measurement range, including temperatures above 122 °F.
