Procedure
Step 1 Tap More on the home screen to display the conference controls list.
Step 2 From the conference control list, tap Request Chair to request chair control rights.
If the conference is password protected, enter the conference password and tap OK to request
chair control rights.
Step 3 After becoming the chair site, you can tap Release Chair to release the chair control rights.

7.5 Calling a Site

Context
The chair site can call a site that has left or has not joined the conference to join in.
Procedure
Step 1 In the site list, tap a site that is currently not in the conference.
Step 2 Tap

7.6 Muting or Unmuting the Microphone

The chair site can mute or unmute a site's microphone. A site with an unmuted microphone
can be heard by other sites in the conference. A site with a muted microphone cannot. Tap a
site in the site list and then perform the following:

You can also tap Request Chair under the virtual HD display area to request chair control rights.
If a chair site exits the conference, the chair control rights are released automatically.
