Administrator Guide
During a point-to-point conference, the viewing a site and displaying or hiding captions
conference control functions are available. After you join a multipoint conference, the
viewing sites, requesting the floor, displaying/hiding captions, and requesting chair control
rights functions are available. To obtain more conference control functions, you must first
become the chair site.
From the shortcuts panel, tap More to display the conference controls list.
During the conference, the site list is displayed in the lower part of the home screen. Tap a
letter in the A–Z row below the site list to display the sites whose names start with the
selected letter. Tap # to display the sites whose names start with digits or symbols.

7.1 Viewing a Site

Context
If no sites in the conference are being broadcast or having the floor, participating sites can
view their desired sites on their HD displays. The chair site can view desired sites at any time
during the conference.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap a site in the site list to display the site controls list.

If you have set Continuous presence groups in
you can view continuous presence on the HD display.
 You cannot view audio-only sites.
