7.12 Enabling or Disabling Voice Activation Switching by
Site
Context
If the chair site enables Voice Activation Switching by Site, all sites have unmuted
microphones, a site that exceeds the predefined voice activation threshold and that has the
highest volume among all conference sites will have its video broadcast.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap More on the home screen to display the conference controls list.
Step 2 Tap Voice Activation Switching by Site to enable voice activation.
Step 3 Tap Stop Voice Activation Switching by Site to disable voice activation.

7.13 Giving the Floor

Context
The chair site uses the Give Floor function to broadcast the audio and video of one site to all
other sites in the conference. If the chair site gives the floor to a site, only that site and the
chair have unmuted microphones. After the chair site takes back the floor, all sites have
unmuted microphones.
Procedure
Step 1 Tap the desired site in the site list.
Step 2 Tap
Step 3 Tap Discussion to take back the floor.
