Before first Use

Remove the finishing sander and all accessories out of the
packaging and check all parts for damage in transit. Keep
packaging materials out of reach of children. There is risk of
suffocation!

Intended Use

The sander may only be used for dry sanding work and polishing.
The machine is suitable for working on wood, metal, plaster,
plastic and filler surfaces. The sander can also be used for
removing rust, old paint and intermediate sanding.

Attaching the Sanding Paper

Choose the sanding paper according to the material being
worked. Use sanding paper with a 40 resp. 60 grain for rough
sanding and on uneven surfaces. Use the finer grain of 120 for
smoother finish.
1. Press the button (5)
inwards in order to lift up
the clamping bracket.
2. Attach
paper on the sanding
plate and make sure the
holes on the sanding paper fit with the openings on the base
plate. Only this way the sanding dust can be extracted
through the suction ducts in the sanding plate.
3. Firmly press the sanding paper down on the sanding plate.

Selecting the Sanding Paper

 Always use abrasive papers suited to the material you want to
sand. The papers must have the correct grain size.
