Thank you for purchasing this ClearSpan™ frame kit.
These instructions include helpful hints and important
information needed to safely assemble and attach the
kit. Please read these instructions before you begin.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Wear eye protection.

Wear gloves when handling metal tubes.

Use a portable GFCI when working with power tools
•
and cords.
The following list identifies the main tools needed to assemble and attach the kit components. Additional tools and
supports may be needed depending on the shelter and application.
Wrench, ratchet and socket (recommended)

ASSEMBLE THE FRAME KIT

You will need the following parts:
" Frame Support Pipe (length determined by

shelter)
FA207 Eyebolts
•
05575 Star Nuts for " Pipe
•
FAMF03B Fender Washers
•
FALB02B Nuts
•
. Take a " diameter plain pipe and install one () star nut (#05575) in one end of the pipe. Use a hammer to tap
the star nut into the pipe end. Do not use a tool that can damage the threads in the center of the star nut.

Installation Instructions
WARNING: Identify whether underground cables
and/or pipes are present before installing the frame
kit ground stakes. Do not attempt to install the
frame kit during windy or stormy days.
ATTENTION: The Frame Kits for the 9' and 2'
tall storage bags and shelters include additional
6' straps (with ratchets) to use in place of the 0'
straps included with the anchor kits. The 0' straps
can be used as needed for other applications.
