Movie Mode

[k] Autoexposure Recording
Autoexposure control will take effect to suit the scene's current brightness.

Set the shooting mode switch to
<k>.

Tap the shooting mode icon.

Set the shooting mode to [k].
Select [k] (Movie auto exposure), then
z
press < 0 >.

Focus on the subject.
Before recording a movie, focus with
z
AF or manual focus ( = 174– = 181,
= 187).
By default, [z: Movie Servo AF] is set
z
to [Enable] so that the camera always
keeps focusing ( = 233).
When you press the shutter button
z
halfway, the camera will focus with the
current AF method.
