Movie Mode

Recording with [Movie auto exposure]
Autoexposure control will take effect to suit the scene's current brightness.

Set the Mode dial to <k>.

Press <0>.

Select [k].
Use the < W > < X > keys to select [k
z
(Movie auto exposure)], then press
< 0 >.

Focus on the subject.
Before recording a movie, focus with
z
AF or manual focus ( = 202– = 210,
= 220).
By default, [z: Movie Servo AF] is set
z
to [Enable] so that the camera always
keeps focusing ( = 273).
When you press the shutter button
z
halfway, the camera will focus with the
current AF method.
