You can lock the exposure (AE lock) by pressing the <A> button. To cancel,

press the <A> button again. (Retained until the <A> button is pressed again.)
Exposure compensation can be set in a range of up to ±3 stops.

ISO speed, shutter speed, and aperture value are not recorded in movie Exif

Record the movie.

Press the movie shooting button to start
recording a movie.
While the movie is being recorded, the
[oREC] mark (1) will be displayed on
the upper right of the screen.
Sound is recorded by the microphones
at the positions indicated (2).
To stop recording the movie, press the
movie shooting button again.
