9. Troubleshooting

If a problem with the rotary magnescale is suspected, take the steps below to resolve the problem.
Check that the cables and connectors used to connect the unit and controller
do not have any problem.
Check whether the unit has been installed properly (check the concentricity
and clearances).
(Refer to 3. "Installation Procedure." )
SR27A-AZ Series, CH22 Series
If a problem is found,
replace the part concerned.
If there is a problem with the installation,
perform the necessary adjustments.
