This document covers the most important conditions that must be met

for the installation of Sidexis 4 version 4.3 in practice.

The following aspects need to be clarified beforehand with the customer:

1. An Internet connection is required from Windows 8.1. Also, the most up-to-date

patch level is a prerequisite for every operating system.

2. Using these systems for server operation is not recommended, as they are de-

signed and scaled up by Microsoft for this purpose.

3. Please refer to www.sidexis.com/systemrequirements for the tested version.

4. The Intel Onboard Graphic has no graphic memory of its own and uses the PC

RAM.

In the case of installation on a domain controller, please observe the

notes regarding this in the Sidexis 4 Service Manual.
