Checking the voicemail inbox
Procedure
1. Press Menu.
2. Select Messaging.
3. Select Inbox.
4. Select the voicemail message and press View.
5. Press Call.
Voicemail is displayed with one entry in the message list regardless of the number of
voicemail received.
One key voicemail access
Procedure
To access voicemail in the standby mode, long press the digit key 1.
If the extension number is not available, the system displays the "Voice mail number not
defined" message.
Some systems require that the mailbox extension number is downloaded to the handset.

Managing profiles

Profiles

Setting up customized profiles is useful when there are many users on the same handset and who
want different sound profiles.
You can set your own customized profiles for:
• Incoming calls
• Message alerts
• Vibrating alerts
• Key sounds
You can also use customized profiles for temporary settings such as incoming calls must be silent
while in a meeting.
You can switch between different profiles.
