General notes
The machine is designed exclusively for cut-

those intended qualify as improper use. The
manufacturer/supplier is not responsible for
any damages that result from improper use.
The operator is solely responsible for assum-
ing all risks.
Do not overload the machine as it works better
and more safely when operated within the
specified range of performance.
Switchgears must not be removed or bridged.
Before trimming
Clear the work surface of any foreign
items/bodies.
Check the hedge for any hidden objects such
as wire fencing, etc.

tached. Machines without or having damaged
safety guards must not be used!

Replace blunt or damaged cutting tools.

and grease.
G

manner that is not permitted.

Do not use the device in areas where there is
danger of fire or explosion.
Pay attention to what you are doing. Approach
the work sensibly. Do not use the device if you
are tired or under the influence of drugs, alco-
hol or are taking any medications.
1
Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery.
Clothing or jewellery could be snagged by
moving parts.
Wear only closed-toe shoes and long
pants when working.
Never work barefoot or in sandals.
Hold the device steady with both hands and
operate it only from a stable position.
Watch out for foreign objects while working!
Keep your working area tidy. An untidy work
area can lead to accidents.
Ensure that you have sufficient space while
working.
Keep all body parts away from the blade.
No persons -- especially children -- animals, or
objects should be found in the work area .
Work at a height whereby the blade does not
come into contact with the ground.
Do not attempt to remove cut material or hold
on to material that is to be cut while the blade
is running.
1
Attention! Reverse blade
If the blade becomes jammed by thick
branches, for example, the hedge shears
must be shut off:
Remove battery.
Do not touch running blades.
Remove the cause of the blockage.
Once the blades are idle, carry the shears by
the hand grips (keeping your hands away form
the blades).
