Pump Style Freezer Troubleshooting

Problem
1. Air/mix pump will not oper-
ate in the Auto mode when
the draw valve is opened.
2. Excessive pump cylinder
wear.
3. Not enough pressure in the
freezing cylinder.

Probable Cause
a. The pump drive motor is off on reset.
b. Malfunctioning interface board.
c. Faulty pump motor.
d. Faulty connection or draw switch.
a. Inadequate or incorrect lubrication of pump
cylinder.
b. Ball crank rotates clockwise.
a. Malfunctioning draw switch.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Remedy
a. Allow the machine to cool and press the
RESET button.
b. Replace interface board.
c. Replace motor.
d. Check connections or replace switch.
a. Lubricate properly.
b. Rewire ball crank rotation to rotate
counterclockwise.
a. Reposition or replace the microswitch.
