Adjust the primary cleaner parallel to the conveyor belt

Measure the distance on both sides between the scraper blade and

the head drum. To do this, place the scraper blade against the con-

veyor belt. The measurements on both sides must be equal.

Level the primary cleaner shaft to the head drum or check that the

scraper blade is positioned evenly against the conveyor belt.

Once all the measurements are correct and the primary cleaner is

adjusted it can then be fixed in position; if not, it should be reinstalled

or re-positioned.
