i.
Connect the Battery and Power ON the Detector.
i. Refer to the photograph on the previous page to connect the Battery to the Charge
Controller with the Quick Connect cable.
ii. On the BlueTOAD Card (PCB), LED 7 should start flashing.
iii. In the presence of Bluetooth signals, confirm LEDs on the PCB operate as shown below.
iv. Close and fasten the Solar Cellular Enclosure.

Go to Step 11, Confirm Network Connectivity and Data Collection.
