BlueTOAD Spectra Deployment
c. Mount the Enclosure to the Pole
i. Insert the Cable Band through the slot in the
Mounting Bracket.
ii. Wrap the Cable Band around the pole.
iii. Use a drill to tighten the Cable Band with
a 5/16" nut driver bit or equivalent.
d. Align the Enclosure as shown below:
 For Roadside Installation, align the front cover of the enclosure
 For Center Median Installation, align the front cover of the enclosure

Parallel to the roadway.
Perpendicular to the roadway.
