    AIR MOTOR SECTION SERVICE MAJOR VALVE REASSEMBLY Service is divided into two parts - 1. Pilot Valve, 2. For PX05A-XXX-XXX-BXXX Models Only Major Valve. Assemble new (139 and 138) “U” cups on (111) spool - Air Motor Section service is continued from Fluid Section LIPS MUST FACE EACH OTHER.

    TROUBLE SHOOTING Product discharged from exhaust outlet. Low output volume. Check for diaphragm rupture. Check air supply.   Check tightness of (14) bolt. Check for plugged outlet hose.    For the pump to prime itself, it must be mounted in the Air bubbles in product discharge.
