The Ethernet Ports are connected via Ethernet switches of the SCALANCE product
line to the redundant network.
The total size of a network with Industrial Ethernet can be up to 150km (above 150
km, take into account signal propagation time).
The maximum length for the fibre optic cable is:
- 3 km with multimode fibre optic cable
- 26 km with single mode fibre optic cable
