Storing the device
o If the device is not used for a longer time, clean the device according to the above
mentioned instructions and store it in a dry, clean place protected against frost, sun
and children. Do not place any heavy objects on the device.

7. Possible Malfunctions

In case of malfunction, disconnect the device from its power source. Before contacting
the service or sales agent, verify - based on the table below - whether it is possible to
eliminate disruption in operation.
PROBLEM
The device is switched
on, but the red power
indicator light in the
ON/OFF rocker switch
has not come on.
The device is switched
on, the green heating
indicator light does not
come on and hot water
is not flowing.
The device turns off.

CAUSE
 Incorrectly connected
plug.
 The power supply fuse
is blown.
 Defective indicator light
 Defective switch.
 Insufficient amount of
brewed liquid.
 Defective filling switch
 Overheating protection
was triggered.
 Defective thermostat.
SOLUTION
 Connect plug correctly.
 Check a fuse, connect
device to another socket
and check the device.
 Contact the vendor.
 Contact the vendor.
 Increase the amount of
brewed liquid.
 Contact the vendor.
 Pull the plug and left the
coffee machine to cool off,
press the Reset button on
the back of the machine.
 Contact the vendor.
