Problem
The appliance
does not work
when I press the
on/off button.
The appliance do

well as it used to.

Possible cause
The appliance is still
attached to the wall
socket. For safety
reasons, the
appliance can only
be used without
charging cord.
The rechargeable
battery is empty.
The travel lock is
activated.
The shaving unit is
soiled or damaged
to such an extent
that the motor
cannot run.
The shaving heads
are damaged or
worn.
Hairs or dirt
obstruct the shaving
heads.

Solution
Unplug the appliance and
press the on/off button to
switch on the appliance.
Recharge the battery.
Press the on/off button
for 3 seconds to
deactivate the travel lock.
Clean the shaving heads
thoroughly (see 'Thorough
cleaning') or replace them.
Replace the shaving
heads.
Clean the shaving heads
in the regular way or clean
them thoroughly (see
'Thorough cleaning').
