PURPOSE

REMARKS This command causes the printer to
move the print head to an absolute
horizontal position. The position, in inch-
es, is determined by the formula (nl + n2

13.6 inches.

REMARKS This command causes the printer to
move the print head to a specified
horizontal position when the NLQ
character mode is selected. It can move
the print head either left or right. The
distance, in inches, is determined by the
formula (nl + n2

256)/120.
To move to the left, add 64 to the
calculated value of n2. The maximum
distance is 13.6 inches. The command
will be ignored if you try to move to a
position outside the current margins.
