2.3 Scope of delivery

The following parts may be assembled as required for
installation of a comfort bed / slatted bed frame:

2.4 Liability

Defects must only be removed by qualified staff.
The manufacturer's liability shall be limited to damage
caused at intended use. The manufacturer shall not be
liable for safety defects that are not recognisable yet
according to the current state of the art.
Violations:
of safety notes for the operating staff

of the notes regarding special dangers

of the prohibition of independent conversion and

modification
 of the use of components not released by the
manufacturer
shall exclude liability of the manufacturer for

consequences.
