Establishing a Dial-up connection to the ISDN-router

Before remote operation to the protection device can be established, the corresponding Dial-up

connection to the ISDN router must be set up.

For a better overview, all

Dial-up connections can be linked to the desktop (see Figure). To do this, they are simply pulled with

the mouse from the window „Control Panel" - „Network Connections" to the „Desktop".

The connection is now established with telephone

number, user name and password.

Once the connection stands, an additional icon is

displayed in the status line,

and a corresponding message issued.
