Keep all safety decals clean and legible. Replace all damaged or missing decals. Order new decals from your Great Plains dealer. Refer to this section for proper decal placement. When ordering new parts or components, also request corresponding safety decals.

Proper setup, maintenance, and safe operating practices will help you get years of satisfactory use from the machine.
Refer to Figure 2 Your machine’s parts were specially designed and should only be replaced with Great Plains parts. Always use the serial and model number when ordering parts from your Great Plains dealer. The serial-number plate is located on the front of the left truss.

Test the lights and signaling prior to highway movement. Hydraulic Hose Hookup Great Plains hydraulic hoses are color coded to help you hookup hoses to your tractor outlets. Hoses that go to the same remote valve are marked with the same color.

Lubricate areas listed under “Lubrication” on page 28. Replace any worn, damaged, or illegible safety labels by obtaining new labels from your Great Plains dealer. Check and tighten or replace any hydraulic leaks. Check hoses for any leaks. It is important that there are no leaks on the equipment.
