The manual includes instructions for assembly and setup. Read this manual and follow the recommendations for safe, effi- cient and proper assembly and setup.

  • Page 12 1800-3000TM Table of Contents Index Assembly Center Brace Bar Refer to Figure 5  The center brace bar, level bar and hitch may need to be installed on truck if the machine is to be pulled off side of truck. The bolt kit needed for assembling the rest of machine will be shipped in a bag tied to front of center frame.
  • Page 13 1800-3000TM Table of Contents Index Assembly Valve Brackets & Hoses Refer to Figure 7  The hoses will be shipped hooked up to valves, cylinders, bulkhead fittings, and will be routed on the machine in the proper places. The hoses from the hitch will need to be connected to the bulkhead fittings on the center brace bar.
  • Page 14 1800-3000TM Table of Contents Index Assembly Hitch Assembly Refer to Figure 9  28. Remove the 1 x 8 Gr. 8 bolts (2) from the rear of hitch assembly (1). Bolt the hitch assembly (1) to   center frame with the 1 x 8 Gr.

If your machine is equipped with the hydraulic hitch option, the hoses will be already attached to the cylinder on the hitch and the lock valve. It will need to be attached to the center frame brace bar the same way as the turnbuckle hitch option.

Hoses that High Pressure Fluid Hazard: go to the same remote valve are marked with the Relieve pressure before disconnecting hydraulic lines.

If machine is equipped with a rear attachment the rear light brackets will need to be mounted to the rear tube of the center drag frame.

Clean the area on which the decal is to be placed. Peel backing from decal. Press firmly on surface, being careful not to cause air bubbles under decal.
  • Page 24 1800-3000TM Table of Contents Index Assembly Rolling Harrow (optional) Refer to Figure 23  All rolling harrow brackets (3) and ball joint brackets (6) and (7) should be already installed in proper locations. You will simply need to connect the rolling harrow assemblies (9) with the ball joints to the brackets on the drag frame (1). Each spike tube (8) will have a letter decal on the top of the tube.
