From the touchscreen interface, tap Maintenance. CAUTION: Restarting the scanner with a slide on the stage may damage the slide.

Restarting the scanner initializes the controller and puts the stage and autoloader in their home positions. Before restarting the scanner, you need to ensure there is no slide on the stage.
