Product Overview

The CLC 5100 is the successor model of the CLC 5000/5000+ with print speeds of
up to 51 ppm. The CLC 4000 replaces the CLC 3900/3900+ with up to 40 ppm.
Built with the same proven architecture as the CLC 5000, both models offer high
speed, high image quality, and stable performance, which help to attain lower
running costs. These models incorporate improved capabilities that result in
outstanding image quality, color consistency, enhanced performance, and
productivity. Two new ColorPASS controllers are also available as described on

Side Paper Deck-R1

The new Side Paper Deck-R1 (standard) has the new "air assist" technology
to help feed a variety of media by blowing air to lift the media into the paper
feed. Heat is applied to the coated media leading edge to dry any moisture
that may have been absorbed in humid conditions.
The new "air assist" technology is only one of several new technologies
integrated into the design of these new CLC products.
