6.1.4.9 Querying and Setting a Port Rate Limit (rate)

Function
The rate command is used to query and set the rate limit parameters for the sending direction
of a specified device port.
Format
hinicadm rate -i <devicename>
hinicadm rate -i <devicename> -l <limitvalue> [-d]
